We are a nationwide counselling service for anyone seeking help with intimacy and sexuality concerns.  We are also a referral network for clinicians seeking expert help for their patients and clients.

Our team comprises psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists and highly trained counsellors. Christmas and Holiday Season:

The team at STNZ wish you a very happy and restful holiday season. It has been a stressful year for everyone in Aoteroa, New Zealand and so we are taking a complete break and will be closed from Saturday 18th December - Sunday 23rd January inclusive. Our very best wishes for good health for everyone. Be safe and healthy everyone! We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible on our return to work.

Coronavirus/Covid 19

Sex Therapy New Zealand is committed to maintaining the health and well-being of both our clients and therapists during this uncertain time. While we strive to meet client needs with appropriate flexibility, we are also committed to following Governmental advice and guidelines and the guidelines of our respective professional bodies.

In view of the current red level in Northland and orange levels elsewhere, many of our therapists will provide therapy via remote services. If you have an appointment booked, or book a new appointment, the therapist will be in touch, to discuss this.

If you have an underlying health condition, the option to switch to video consultations is always available, please contact your therapist as soon as possible.

New referrals are welcome, and every consideration will be given to urgent referrals and urgent situations.
