She has a particular interest in working with sexual intimacy, and trauma related matters. She also provides consultancy for a range of issues which include depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, attachment problems, grief and loss, and life changes. She initially worked for a number of years in high schools with adolescents before establishing her own practice and so has a strong interest in parenting and families. She believes in finding solutions which people can maintain in their often busy lives, and uses a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative therapy.
