Online consultations give you an opportunity to have your questions answered in private, without even having to identify yourself if you choose not to. Questions are answered with a full page response by a qualified and experienced Sex Therapist; we will ensure you receive your response within 72 hours.

Some people start out with an online consultation and then feel confident to move into face-to-face work so where possible do give us your location so we can arrange for the therapist closest to you to respond to your concerns.

What is the cost?

The cost for this service is $70 per consultation. If your question can be answered briefly, your payment will be refunded. Payments must be made through credit card payment on this website or through prior arrangement of payment by contacting us.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Any question about sexuality, intimacy and relationships is valid. We commonly get requests for information about having trouble reaching orgasm, coming too quickly, difficulties getting or keeping an erection, losing interest in sex, pornography addiction and many other things. You may want to ask a factual question, a question about technique or about relationships. If you're not sure if your question is valid, submit it and we'll let you know. Give us enough detail to be able to answer your question fully and helpfully.

What sort of answer will I get?

The response will be a professional's individualised answer to your exact concern and a discussion of the issues arising. When appropriate, advice is included. It will be emailed directly to you. The subject line will simply say STNZ.

Online consultations are not a substitute for face-to-face sex therapy and there is a limit to what can be achieved in this way, however many concerns can be addressed by a simple one-off consultation. Normally one question or concern is addressed per consultation and the therapist will include referral information and may suggest books or other resources that you could find helpful.
