Leith, who is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, is completing the Advanced Sex Therapy Training offered by the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Auckland. Her post graduate research was in the area of evidence-based practice and Narrative Therapy, and these are areas she continues to explore. Other special interests include social constructions of gender, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting. Leith is currently employed as a youth therapist in a specialist community organisation working with harmful sexual behaviour and is working as a trainee sex therapist in private practice in Palmerston North. Her clients can expect to be treated with respect at all times and to receive non-judgemental, compassionate, thoughtful assessment and treatment.
